Jeffery started this blog to show the world his love of great food and amazing folding bicycles. He typically likes to eat at new restaurants to try out their food. Due to the bad traffic condition in Manila and the limited space of his home, he decided to get a folding bike to go around and for easy storage. Even though it has been a while since he seriously joined long distance events, running always has a special place in his heart. When he realized it would be healthier if he will loose some pounds, he immediately searched for his running shoes, ran and never looked back.

Iya, the pretty fiancee, has always been supportive of Jeffery ever since this blog was created. She generally proofreads and gives her insights on topics especially with regards to food. Her skill in cooking has been invaluable to this blog's food reviews. She also likes to ride a folding bike around the metro and has joined a number of cycling events/activities. She was recently exposed to fun runs and thus has been training to be lighter and also faster.
