Hokkaido Ramen Santouka
I'll go straight to the point. For me, Hokkaido Ramen Santouka offers the best ramen in the Metro. I recommend Tokusen Toroniku Shio Ramen. The broth is simply delicious without being overpowering. The meat included in this set are roasted pork cheeks. They have mastered the art of cooking the cheeks or "jowl", making them really tender and oozing with so much flavor.
Honestly, I am not a fan of ramen. But Hokkaido Ramen Santouka changed my mind. I now crave for ramen and this set is the only thing that can truly satisfy me. :)
